Island Girl Shave Ice is proud to be Winnipeg’s first-ever authentic shave ice company, bringing a true taste of paradise to our community since April 2016. What began as a dream has grown into a passion-driven business built on quality, inclusivity, and unforgettable experiences.

We spent three years perfecting our craft, and it shows in every cup. From our incredibly soft, snow-like ice to our signature homemade syrups, everything we serve is made with care. Our syrups are nut-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, with no added preservatives, ensuring everyone can enjoy shave ice safely and confidently. At Island Girl Shave Ice, we believe no one should ever be left out because of allergies or dietary restrictions.

Since launching, we’ve had the absolute joy of connecting with our guests and being part of countless celebrations. From grand openings and community events to weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and corporate functions, we love helping turn special moments into lasting memories.
